ALUMINUM FOIL STEAM POCKET
1 CHICKEN BREAST
1/2 CUP BROCCOLI
(or vegetable of choice)
1 TBS Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 TBS Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb
1/3 cup chicken stock
1/4 chopped onion
1 dash salt & pepper
1 9x9 sheet of aluminum foil

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Marinade the chicken breast & vegetables in chicken stock and onion (over night or at least 2 hrs)
3. Drain all stock add both Mrs dash seasonings, salt & pepper
4. Place mixture in the center of the sheet of aluminum foil. 5. Bring two sides up and over food and seal tightly.
6. Then fold both ends of pockets tightly
7. place in oven for 40 min
